What secret torture prisons?
Bush and his ilk have long denied the existence of secret interrogation prisons operating throughout the world while also calling for the head of the leakers who "damaged national security" by blowing the whistle. Not too bright, these folks, but that's their game.
Well, somebody thought it would be a good idea to put the Swiss in charge of investigating the matter for the EU. After all, they're neutral pansies, or so everybody thinks, but the Swiss have long been operating a state of the art SIGINT listening system called Onyx which is slated to go into full swing for the Directorate for Strategic Intelligence some time this year.
Now it has been that revealed that the Swiss stations have intercepted at least one memo confirming the movement of prisoners to a military facility near Constanza, Romania and the existence of detention centres in Ukraine, Kosovo, Macedonia and Bulgaria.
